Conner's Kitchen and Bar at the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Wayne is seeking a morning-focused cook for breakfast service. The part-time role requires flexibility to work early mornings and weekends, and may suit someone looking for a second job.

You will produce food that meets hotel standards, practice safe and sanitary work habits, and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure consistent egg dishes and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Egg Cookery.
• Early Morning Weekend Availability required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to stand most of the shift and lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food following recipes and standards.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.
• Capable of preparing a minimum of 200 covers in an 8 hour shift.
• Follow hotel/franchise standards and safety policies.
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager and co-workers.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements and safety practices.
• Attend food handlers course as required by county.
• Complete tasks assigned by Kitchen Manager and General Manager.
