Responsibilities

• Ensuring the kitchen and prep areas are properly set up, stocked, and ready for brunch service.
• Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch items in a timely and professional manner.
• Reading and executing food tickets during busy service periods.
• Maintaining consistency in food quality, portioning, presentation, and preparation.
• Assisting with food prep and inventory and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Demonstrating time management and prioritization during high-volume service.
• Using problem-solving skills to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
