Job summary

Daly Seven in Hollins, VA is seeking a part-time Breakfast Host/Hostess for weekends. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, greet guests, anticipate needs, pour coffee and juice, and provide directions. Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.

ServSafe is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs; prior hospitality or food service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or food service experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Assist guests and anticipate needs, including pouring coffee and juice refills.
• Provide guests with accurate information and directions.
• Listen to guest inquiries with empathy and respond promptly.
• Prepare breakfast items and keep supplies stocked and fresh.
• Maintain cleanliness in service and storage areas.
