Hireology is seeking a friendly Breakfast Host/Hostess to join our hotel team. This part-time role involves preparing and maintaining the complimentary breakfast area and providing a welcoming guest experience.

The position requires early morning hours and weekend/holiday availability, with independent work and a strong focus on cleanliness. Responsibilities include setting up breakfast, cooking and stocking items, greeting guests, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the complimentary breakfast area prior to service.
• Cook, heat, and prepare breakfast items according to brand standards.
• Keep food and beverages stocked during service.
• Monitor temperatures, freshness, and presentation; check expiration dates.
• Greet guests professionally and assist with breakfast-related questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized breakfast area throughout the shift.
• Clean tables, counters, equipment, and serving areas as needed.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area after service.
• Wash dishes and equipment and store supplies properly.
• Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management.
• Assist with receiving and organizing breakfast deliveries.
