This role emphasizes attentive service, clear directions, and teamwork with other hotel staff. Weekend-only, part-time shifts with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs; ServSafe certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or food service experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and offer assistance with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Pour coffee and juice refills and keep breakfast stations stocked and clean.
• Provide guests with clear information and directions to help them navigate their day.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in service and storage areas.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate needs and updates to the next shift.
