Job summary

Daly Seven seeks a Breakfast Host/Hostess to create a welcoming atmosphere and own the complimentary breakfast experience. You’ll greet guests, assist with beverages, and ensure guests have clear directions for their day, all while maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.

You will also support other departments as needed, monitor supplies, and participate in safety and incident reporting to ensure a smooth morning operation.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or food service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, and regularly navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs with eye contact, a smile, and a friendly approach.
• Provide attentive service and help with coffee and juice refills; offer accurate information and directions.

Education

ServSafe certification preferred
