Job summary

Donaldson Company, located in Baldwin, WI, is seeking a Weekend Machine Operator to set up and run metalworking equipment for fabrication to exact specifications. The role is onsite with Friday–Sunday, 5 a.m.–5 p.m. shifts (paid for 40 hours).

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, scheduling materials, ensuring prints are followed, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace with strict adherence to safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Strong math and measurement skills are required.
• Ability to work with close tolerances and maintain safety practices.
• Demonstrates good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metalworking machines to fabricate to specifications.
