Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the Baldwin, WI location. This 2nd-shift, on-site role involves setting up and operating metal-working machines to fabricate per specifications. The position runs Monday–Thursday, 3:15 p.m.

to 1:15 a.m. and offers overtime eligibility and a gainsharing plan. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma/GED, blueprints reading ability, safety awareness, and strong math/mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of metal properties and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications.
• Schedule and handle materials and maintain a clean work area.
• Comply with print specs, safety policies and DOT/HAZMAT regulations.
• Interact with team and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
