Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the Baldwin, WI location. This weekend shift role runs Friday through Sunday, 5 a.m.

to 5 p.m., onsite with paid 40 hours. The operator will set up and run metalworking machines to meet precise specifications, manage materials, and maintain safety and quality standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read blueprints, and strong mechanical and mathematical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and inventory control is desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand instructions.
• Knowledge of general safety practices is preferred.
• Ability to work with close tolerances and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate metal working machines to fabricate to specifications.
