Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, rotate products, and manage backroom organization.

You will execute promotions, maintain signage, serve customers, and ensure timely product delivery while meeting PBV standards. A high school diploma or GED, plus 3–5 years of related experience and a valid driver’s license, are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant merchandiser experience may be considered in lieu of diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Good oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Stock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves per PBV standards.
• Execute promotions and utilize point‑of‑sale signage.
• Develop customer relations and service all customers as scheduled.
• Order product and/or run invoices; rotate stock and maintain backroom organization.
• Maintain backroom storage in an orderly fashion and clean equipment.
