Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, rotate products, and manage backroom organization. You will ensure cooler stocking and accurate product placement to support store teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will build customer relations, execute promotions, and maintain PBV standards while supporting the distribution network.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
• Must be customer-oriented and focused.

Mansioni

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and /or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
