Pepsi Bottling Ventures in North Carolina seeks a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and manage backroom organization to ensure shelves reflect PBV standards.

You will build customer relations, execute promotions, and coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform basic financial calculations.

• Meet PBV driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises coolers, displays, racks, shelves per PBV standards.
• Sells and executes promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Serves all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage.
• Other duties as assigned.
