Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate products, set up displays, and maintain backroom organization across PBV regions in North Carolina. You will manage stock, execute promotions, and build positive customer relationships while ensuring accurate invoicing and timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform heavy physical labor in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must perform basic financial calculations (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment and meet PBV driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors per PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
