Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in NC is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, rotate products, and manage backroom organization to ensure availability.

You will handle cooler stocking, promotions, POS signage, and maintain strong customer relations while working in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy items are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations and have good oral/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises coolers, displays, racks, shelves per PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom stock.
