Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, rotate stock, and maintain backroom organization within Winston-Salem operations. You will follow PBV standards and execute promotions to drive sales.

The role requires reliable English communication, physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work without direct supervision. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may be considered.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion – rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
