Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, rotate products, and manage backroom organization. The role involves stocking coolers, executing promotions, and ensuring PBV standards across our stores.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of related work experience may substitute for a diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Able to work a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications and work hours as needed.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises coolers, displays, racks, shelves per PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage.
• Other duties as assigned.
