Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Memory Care Aide in Liberty, MO to work 7:00am–3:00pm on weekends. The role focuses on empathy, resident engagement, and supporting memory care residents with daily activities and safety.

You will document changes in condition and help orient memory care team members while promoting a home-like environment. The position offers full-time weekend hours with competitive pay of $18.50–$28 per hour, along with benefits and opportunities for growth within the

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
Active, energetic attitude with love for residents.
Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Advocate empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
Be a Patient Observer: learn residents' interests and abilities and craft engagement plans.
Master of the Mise en Scène: prepare dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms to support daily routines.
Life Partner: assist residents with daily activities from wake to sleep.
Document resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
