The Boulevard Senior Living-St Charles in St Charles, Missouri is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time schedule. The role emphasizes empathy, resident engagement, and careful documentation in memory care neighborhoods.

Fridays and Saturdays, 7:00am–3:00pm shifts, with duties including daily living support, team orientation, and creating engaging plans for residents to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, energetic attitude focused on residents' well-being.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds; able to assist residents after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as a Patient Observer to understand residents' interests and engagement needs.
• Master the Mise en Scène by setting up environments for daily activities and events.
• Partner with residents to support all facets of daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members nearby.
