Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care residents with ADLs and engage in cognitive activities.
• Report incidents and monitor any changes in residents’ health to Health Services Director.
• Support grooming, dining, mobility, hygiene, and medications per care plan.
• Maintain resident documentation and records, updating charts as needed.
• Create a calm, structured environment to reduce confusion.
• Provide companionship and assist Life Enrichment activities.
• Follow Montessori Approach when applicable and maintain safety.
• Keep supply rooms and work areas clean.
