Job summary

Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, AZ seeks a part-time Membership Helpline Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to members, process memberships and gifts, and maintain constituent records in Salesforce.

You will answer inquiries by phone and email, update contact information, handle ticket and membership purchases, assist with fundraising events, and support the Development Operations team to meet goals. Schedule is 14 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years in an office or customer service environment.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service on the Membership Helpline and email.
• Enter gifts and memberships into Salesforce.
