Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for a Planet Fitness club. The role involves delivering a superior member experience, greeting guests, signing up new members, and processing purchases at the point of sale.

Shifts include Saturday and Sunday 2:00pm-7:00pm with hourly wage starting at $11 and scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script; greet and assist members.
• Sign up and tour new members, log amenities, and process purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
