Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for a Planet Fitness club. You will handle member interactions, greet guests, process sign-ups, and log amenities while maintaining a friendly, judgment-free environment.

You will use the POS system for purchases, promote PE@PF classes, and ensure a clean, safe club. Training shifts run 11AM-4PM, with regular shifts Monday through Friday. 18+ and basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work required shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information scripting.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities, and assist with logins and questions.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
