Job summary

Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate, resident-focused care in a part-time, on-site role in Northern California. You will support daily activities, assist with personal care, meals, and medication administration following each resident’s care plan.

We value safety, respect, and teamwork. The role includes weekend AM shifts, ongoing training, and opportunities to contribute to residents’ well-being in a nonprofit aging-focused community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8 hours medication administration training with 85%+ on exam.
• 4 hours of continuing education on medication administration annually.
• Current CPR certification and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides companion care per resident plan; reads, visits, assists with personal tasks as listed.
• Assists with bathing or showering for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Makes beds and keeps resident care areas organized.
• Assists residents in dressing and respects privacy during care.
• May assist with light meals per resident plan.
• Schedules medical appointments or assists with transportation as directed.
