Eskaton is seeking a caring, patient-focused team member to provide companion care and daily living assistance in our Roseville community. You will support residents with personal care, meals, mobility, and medication administration after training, while following care plans and safety protocols.

This on-site, part-time position covers the PM shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm), Sunday to Monday, and emphasizes teamwork, wellbeing, and high-quality resident experiences within a nonprofit aging network.

Formación

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• 8 hours of medication administration training with 85%+ on exam.
• 8 hours of medication administration shadowing with approved trainer.
• 4 hours of continuing education on medication administration annually.
• Proficient ability to communicate orally and in writing in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provides companion care which can include reading, visiting, and assisting with resident’s plan of care tasks.
• Assists with bathing or showering for hygiene.
• Makes beds and keeps resident care area organized.
• Assists residents in dressing while protecting privacy.
• Prepares light meals as directed by resident’s plan of care.
