Lancesoft is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a weekend shift in Malabar, FL. The role focuses on masking/demask operations, surface preparation, and adherence to quality procedures.

The position runs Fri–Sun with OT as needed, offering a 12+ month contract and a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour on W2. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Mansioni

• Perform masking and demasking operations on parts and components per procedures and specs.
• Prepare surfaces and materials for masking application to ensure adherence to process and quality requirements.
• Apply masking materials to designated areas to protect surfaces during manufacturing and finishing operations.
• Remove masking materials from completed parts without surface damage.
• Inspect parts before, during, and after masking to verify workmanship and quality.
• Read and follow work instructions, travelers, process docs, and drawings.
• Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment to perform tasks.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and process records as required.
• Support production schedules and workflows to meet objectives.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per policies.
• Work effectively in a team-based setting and assist with other production duties.
