Innova Solutions is actively seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support masking and demasking operations across various parts and assemblies. You will read work instructions, prepare surfaces, apply masking materials, and ensure product integrity throughout manufacturing and finishing processes.

The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations through masking and demasking of parts, assemblies, and components.
• Perform masking and demasking to ensure product integrity during processes.
• Prepare surfaces and materials for masking application.
• Apply masking materials to protect surfaces during manufacturing and finishing operations.
• Remove masking materials from completed parts without damage.
• Inspect parts before, during, and after masking to verify workmanship.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and process records.
