Job summary

Specialty Coating Systems, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing technician to perform masking/demasking of parylene-coated products and assist in related process tasks.

You will learn through a certification program during the initial 6–12 months and contribute to quality by inspecting your own work and adhering to MSPs and written instructions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; may complete SCS Reading Comprehension assessment.
• Must clearly speak, read and write English.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Manual dexterity for precision masking/demasking.

Responsibilities

• Masking and demasking of customer product using specified processes and tools.
• Inspect own work for quality compliance.
• Clean, inspect, refurbish and reassemble coating fixtures as needed.
• Operate in a clean room environment with PPE and hygiene standards.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance.
• Follow safety policies and proper disposal/packaging of materials.
