Qualifications

• Experience in masking or related field, preferably aerospace.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply masking materials such as tapes, plugs, and liquid masks to aerospace components according to specifications.
• Inspect components before and after masking for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of masking processes, materials used and time spent.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers and quality control personnel to ensure workflow.
• Maintain and clean masking tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
