Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience masking or in a related aerospace field preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Apply masking materials (tapes, plugs, liquid masks) per specs and blueprints.
• Inspect components before and after masking for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain records of masking materials and time spent on tasks.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers and quality control to ensure workflow.
• Maintain and clean masking tools and equipment; follow safety protocols.
