Job summary

ARCH Minneapolis is seeking skilled CNC vertical mill operators for the Weekend Day shift. You will operate milling CNCs, ensure dimensional accuracy, follow work orders, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have CNC mill experience or a Machine Tool Technology degree, a high school diploma, and the ability to read blueprints. We offer comprehensive benefits starting day one, a 1,000 sign-on bonus, and a strong rewards package. ITAR compliance; US person status required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Machine Tool Technology degree pursued or completed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a CNC mill.
• ITAR requires US person status.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC milling machine and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Follow job work orders and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Run more than one machine where cycle time permits.
• Complete shop floor documentation for dimensions and inspection.
• Maintain equipment and assist in preventive maintenance as needed.
• Comply with company safety guidelines and housekeeping standards.
