Job summary

Aagard in Alexandria, MN, is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor (Day or Weekend Shift) to lead the fabrication team, hire and coach staff, and drive safety and quality. The role requires CNC setup, reading CAD drawings, and strong leadership across shifts to keep projects moving and meet customer needs with urgency.

Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Experience in interviewing, performance management, coaching, and developing teams.
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings and blueprints.
• Demonstrated ability to set up and operate CNC equipment.
• Experience in machinery fabrication and measuring instruments.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers verbally and in writing.
