Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Technician II in Mission Woods, KS to handle advanced tasks on production machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs with minimal supervision.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of maintenance experience, ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift licenses, and basic welding/fabrication with mill/lathe skills. Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’sdegree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training required.
• Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience with mill and lathe preferred.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the EAM system.
• Inspect and repair production equipment; assist machine repairs and train others.
• Set up new equipment and troubleshoot using specialty tools.
• Interpret blueprints and part drawings to perform maintenance tasks.
• Apply basic welding and fabrication skills on components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and report maintenance status after shifts.
