Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Weekend Maintenance Technician II to handle advanced maintenance tasks on production machines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment runs efficiently. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and requires a strong technical background with at least three years of related maintenance experience.

Typical schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00 am–6:00 pm. Proficiency with EAM, machining, welding, and MS Office is expected, with opportunities for growth and long-term stability

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training required.
• Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience with mill and lathe preferred.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Document repairs and preventive maintenance in the plant using the work order system (EAM).
• Perform inspections and repairs on production equipment and assist machine repairs.
• Set up new equipment and troubleshoot with specialty tools; decide repair methods.
• Interpret blueprints/ drawings to perform maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate welding and fabrication skills; maintain a safe, organized workspace.
