Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Technician II to handle advanced tasks on production machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs with minimal supervision. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, equipment setup, and safety compliance with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The position operates Friday through Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm, at Marvin's Missouri facilities. A strong emphasis on teamwork, documentation, and hands-on skill in welding, machining, and EAM software is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related technical field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training required.
• Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience with mill and lathe preferred.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Document repairs and preventive maintenance using the plant's EAM system.
• Perform regular inspections and repairs on production equipment; assist with machine repairs and train others.
• Set up new equipment; troubleshoot using specialty tools and determine effective repair methods.
• Interpret blueprints and part drawings for maintenance tasks.
• Apply basic machinist skills with a vertical mill and lathe.
• Demonstrate welding and fabrication techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide status feedback to supervisors and submit end-of-shift reports.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training and initiatives.
