Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Technician II to handle advanced tasks on production machines, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs with minimal supervision. You will document repairs in EAM, set up equipment, read blueprints, and apply welding/fabrication skills to keep lines running efficiently.

A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years of maintenance experience, and ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related maintenance experience and/or technical training.
• Ability to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills; machining experience with mill and lathe preferred.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and repairs on production equipment; assist in machine repairs and train others on repair techniques and preventive maintenance.
• Set up new equipment; troubleshoot using specialty tools and determine effective repair methods.
• Interpret blueprints and part drawings to execute maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate welding and fabrication techniques; operate a vertical mill and lathe as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and document repairs in the work order system (EAM).
