Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to troubleshoot and repair electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic welding equipment in Tulsa, OK. The role supports manufacturing operations with preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.

Shift is Fri-Sun, 5:00am–5:00pm. Technical training and certification are preferred; PM tech level 2 experience is required, including bearing troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Technical training and certification preferred.
• PM tech level 2 experience with troubleshooting hydraulic assemblies.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatic assemblies and bearings.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; operate CMMS and fill work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic welding equipment.
• Replace bearings and bearing assemblies, repair mechanical assemblies, install gearboxes.
• Weld, fabricate and rebuild equipment as needed; read and follow blueprints.
• Maintain accurate CMMS work orders and adhere to lock out/tag out procedures.
