Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to perform troubleshooting and repair of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic welding equipment in Tulsa. This weekend position runs Friday to Sunday, 5:00am to 5:00pm, supporting manufacturing operations with preventive maintenance and urgent repairs.

Responsibilities include completing work orders in CMMS software, replacing bearings and mechanical assemblies, installing gearboxes, shaft rebuilding, and reading

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with bearing replacement and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics, and operate CMMS effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on electronics and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding equipment.
• Complete work orders in CMMS and document activities.
• Install gearboxes and rebuild shafts as required.

Maintenance Tech# Maintenance TechMaintenance TechAmeristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech, to complete troubleshooting and repair of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic welding equipment. This position will support the manufacturing operations by performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs as needed. **This is a Weekend Position; Friday - Sunday, 5:00am - 5:00pm.****What you will be doing:*** PM tech level 2 skills plus the following:* Replacement of bearings and bearing assemblies* Repair and replacement of mechanical assemblies* Repair and Rebuilding of equipment* Installation of gearboxes* Must complete work orders via CMMS software and maintenance utilization of 80%* Drive shaft rebuilding* Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics* Welding of damaged equipment and fabrication of equipment* Must adhere to all lock out tag out procedures**The skills and experience you need:***Education:** Technical training and certification preferred*Experience:** PM tech level 2 experience plus the following:* Experience in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic assemblies.* Experience in troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic assemblies.* Experience troubleshooting bearings* Experience troubleshooting and repairing basic electrical circuits* Must be able to operate CMMS software and fill out work orders*Other:** Must maintain punctual and reliable attendance* Must complete all tasks in a professional manner* Ability to operate specialized and basic hand tools.* Must be able to use bearing pullers, bearing heater, press.* Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.* Ability to be a contributing and collaborative team member.* Must have own tools including sockets and wrenches up to 1” and 25mm.This role is located in Tulsa, OK.ASSA ABLOY is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veteran**We are the ASSA ABLOY Group** Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
