Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Trade school certificates/licenses or associate degree preferred.
• 3 to 5yr+ Experience in Manufacturing as an Industrial Mechanic.
• Good documentation skills.
• Hands on repair skills.
• Good communication, team player, flexible, self-motivated, and decision maker.
• Professionalism.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Can read schematics (equipment manuals, mechanical, pneumatic, piping, part assemblies).
• Safe, clean, and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
• Read manuals and schematics to operate and maintain equipment.
• Inspect new equipment and confirm suitability before use.
• Collaborate with other departments on process improvements.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and safety compliance.
• Ensure on-site presence during working hours and follow safety regulations.
