• Counsel staff to improve performance and attitudes.
• Establish maintenance schedules and assign tasks.
• Ensure 24/7 maintenance coverage for emergencies.
• Maintain safety, OSHA compliance, and safety meetings.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and common areas for upkeep and hazards.
• Maintain inventory, manuals, and warranty records.
