Job summary

Drucker & Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of the Charlotte, NC community. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring all mechanical systems are operational and safe. On-call coverage is required for emergencies and routine tasks.

The candidate will manage preventative maintenance, coordinate contractors, and maintain O&M records in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant maintenance experience.
• Certifications in HVAC, CPO or related fields are preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage maintenance tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upkeep of community facilities and supervise maintenance staff.
• Maintain all mechanical equipment and respond to emergencies on call.
• Plan schedules and assign routine maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across the site.
• Schedule contractors, obtain bids, and monitor budgets.
• Maintain records and reports for O&M programs and inventories.
