Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential sales experience (luxury market experience preferred).
• Familiarity with Rehoboth Beach and surrounding high-end neighborhoods.
• Comfortable working independently and professionally managing a listing.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site agent for a luxury listing Thursday through Sunday
• Greet and qualify walk-ins, scheduled showings, and private appointments
• Conduct professional property tours with attention to detail, lifestyle selling, and discretion
• Capture and manage leads through CRM or follow-up process
• Provide feedback and market insight to the listing team
• Maintain the property’s presentation (lights, ambiance, cleanliness, staging)
• Represent the brand and listing team with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
• Keep up to date with local market trends, nearby inventory, and community offerings
