Job summary

Coldwell Banker Premier in the Mid Atlantic region is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent to engage buyers and sellers through proactive outreach. This is a full-time role with remote or onsite options and a base hourly pay of $12–$14 plus bonuses.

You will handle calls, emails, and texts, build relationships, manage leads in the Chime CRM, and collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly targets. Prior real estate sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with track record of targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Chime.
• Ability to handle objections professionally.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outreach via calls, emails, and texts to generate interest.
• Convert leads into buyers and sellers and drive transactions.

• Use Chime or similar CRM to track leads and interactions.
