Coldwell Banker Premier is seeking a licensed real estate agent to represent a luxury property in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This part-time/contract role requires Thursday–Sunday coverage, with walk-ins and private showings.

Qualifications

2+ years of residential sales experience (luxury market preferred).
Licensed real estate agent.
Familiarity with Rehoboth Beach and surrounding high-end neighborhoods.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site agent for a luxury listing Thursday through Sunday.
Greet and qualify walk-ins, scheduled showings, and private appointments.
Conduct professional property tours with attention to detail, lifestyle selling, and discretion.
Capture and manage leads through CRM or follow-up process.
Provide feedback and market insight to the listing team.
Maintain the property’s presentation (lights, ambiance, cleanliness, staging).
Represent the brand and listing team with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
