Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Mesa, USA site. The role oversees inbound/outbound operations, labor planning, space utilization, and customer communications on a nightly shift schedule (Mon–Thu).

Qualifications

Must have a High school diploma or GED.
3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
1 year experience in a supervisory role.
Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

Supervises inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities daily.
Manages labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower.
Hires and trains staff; conducts performance appraisals and addresses issues.
Ensures safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs across operations.
Maintains KPI targets and reports to management and client representatives.
