Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring Cross-dock Associates in Knoxville, TN. You will load, unload, sort, stage and transport products in a cross-dock environment and work closely with Supervisors and fellow Associates.

After training and certification you may operate powered equipment such as a forklift or clamp attachments, supporting timely deliveries while following safety policies and procedures. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate forklift and other machinery safely.
• Strong adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and other machinery to load, unload, and transport products.
• Arrange cartons on pallets considering size and weight.
• Load trucks with attention to cubic weight and product characteristics.
• Provide outstanding service and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Associates to complete tasks.
