Job summary

Capstone Logistics seeks a Warehouse Site Manager in Knoxville, TN to lead daily warehouse operations with safety and efficiency as top priorities. The role requires at least 3 years of management experience in distribution or transportation and the ability to manage budgets and payroll processes.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, coordinate shifts, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance with Capstone policies. Capstone offers bonuses, benefits after 30 days, 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Proven budgeting experience and ability to read P&L statements.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements.
• Supervise data entry and daily payroll record administration.
