Job summary

Partner Company seeks a meticulous project manager to lead localization projects from initiation to delivery for a global client base.

You will coordinate resources, budgets and deadlines while maintaining clear client communication and negotiating with freelance translators. The role is fully remote with international eligibility and long-term growth in the language services industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, business administration and customer service with localization knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) and fluency in at least one additional language.

• Perform quality checks including proofreading and final reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in project management, business administration, and customer service, with knowledge of localization and interpreting processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) and fluency in at least one additional foreign language, plus practical knowledge of CAT tools like Smartcat and memoQ.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment.
