Job summary

Translated is seeking an experienced Interpreting Project Manager to join our Core Project Management Team. You will manage interpreting projects end to end, from the first client request to the final session, across simultaneous, consecutive, sign language and sworn interpreting, delivered on-site, remotely or in hybrid settings, and for diverse client segments.

You will be the client’s trusted advisor, recommending the right interpreting solution for each need, ensuring timely execution,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in interpreting.
• Strong familiarity with Remote Simultaneous Interpreting platforms and equipment.
• Excellent English proficiency; additional language (e.g., German or French) preferred.
• Solid computer and web proficiency with client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse interpreting projects from client request to final session.
• Advise clients on the most suitable interpreting solutions and tools.
• Coordinate interpreters and technicians, providing leadership for delivery.
• Coordinate briefings, materials, and technical checks for sessions.
• Oversee budgets and profitability while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to improve processes.
