Job summary

FAS Localize is seeking a proactive Localization Project Manager to drive multilingual projects from quote to delivery. You will own client communications, assemble timelines, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes across markets.

You’ll quote with the Senior Project Manager, prepare assets in the TMS, assign linguists, and manage schedules across time zones, with remote-friendly hours and a modern tech stack.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in localization or translation project management.
• Fluent English for client communication.
• Hands-on use of a CAT or TMS tool (Phrase, Trados, memoQ, XTM, Crowdin or similar).
• Calm, organized and quick to spot risk in a schedule.

Job description

Run multilingual projects end to end, from quote to delivery, keeping quality, terminology and deadlines locked across markets.

You own projects from the moment a brief arrives to the final LQA report. That means quoting with our Senior Project Manager, preparing files and linguistic assets, picking the right linguists and keeping clients informed without being asked.

What you will do

• Scope and quote incoming projects with our Senior Project Manager.
• Prepare files, translation memories and glossaries in the TMS.
• Assign linguists and reviewers and manage schedules across time zones.
• Own client communication and query handling.
• Close projects with LQA results and updated linguistic assets.

What you bring

• At least 2 years in localization or translation project management.
• Fluent English for client communication.
• Hands-on use of a CAT or TMS tool (Phrase, Trados, memoQ, XTM, Crowdin or similar).
• Calm, organized and quick to spot risk in a schedule.

Nice to have

• MTPE workflow experience.
• Basic file engineering: XLIFF, JSON, Office and subtitle formats.
