Cedarhurst of East Louisville is seeking a PRN Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance residents' quality of life through meaningful activities, events, and experiences. You will collaborate with families and staff to reflect resident interests and life stories, promoting health, purpose and joy.

The role involves planning activities, assisting with assessments, and supporting team operations, including driving the community bus for outings as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• License to drive community bus or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and HR-related systems.

Aufgaben

• Plan, schedule and lead community activities and events.
• Introduce new residents and their families to life enrichment programs.
• Coordinate holiday decorations for the community.
• Assist in resident assessments and Life Stories documentation.
• Attend monthly virtual education meetings.
• Drive the community bus for outings and appointments as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with residents’ families about care and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with team and management to support residents and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
